workshops for everyone

Rock, paper, scissors

Come along and join us in Southernhay Gardens at the Kinder Exeter Festival on Saturday 19th June 11.00-12.00 and Sunday 20th June 12.00-1.00.

Create a Call to Action Kindness Poster:
Use the nature around you in the beautiful setting of Southernhay Park to design a ‘Let’s Be Kind’ Poster using a variety of exciting and dynamic art techniques (stamping, blotting, patterning). Take you poster home – display it in your window, give it to a stranger, slip it through your neighbours letter box. Let’s wrap Exeter in kindness.

You can share your poster on Social Media to get the message across at:

Why not join us and become a kindness ninja by:

Creating a Kindness Rock: we will provide you with the materials to create an inspiring message on a pebble. Once completed, why not make someone’s day by spreading the kindness and hiding your pebble for a stranger to find?

You can also share your creativity by posting an image of your pebble on our twitter and instagram pages. Remember to use the #kindnessrocks hashtag. We also encourage finders to post images of pebbles when they are found, so you can keep checking back to see if your pebble has been discovered.
